You see, to grow consistently companies need to optimize all the elements of their Revenue Generation Ecosystem: marketing, sales and sales ops, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. A company’s Revenue Generation Ecosystem should operate like a finely-tuned machine.
If one of these elements isn’t working well, it puts pressure on the other elements and can lead to slower growth or even a decline in revenue.
Having actionable info about what’s happening and areas for improvement is necessary. But good information isn't always easy to get. And with so many moving parts in a business, it can be tough to know which changes will have a real impact and which won’t.
That’s where Revenue Insights comes in.
We're Revenue Detectives of sorts, looking at the different things that impact revenue generation and retention. We ask questions, have a keen sense of observation, and connect the dots to understand what’s happening and why, and most importantly, recommending how to get things back on track.
How we get going
We'll first have a meeting (of about 90 minutes) where we learn about your company, things are now and your goals, and what you'd like to get out of working together. From that discussion we'll get a sense of the scope of the project and then provide a proposal.
When the project starts, we provide weekly updates via email and phone. Our initial factfinding projects can last from 45 to 90 days.
Our deliverable is a presentation at your office (or via zoom ) with our findings, observations and recommendations. We also provide binders with the presentation and copies of completed surveys and transcripts of client conversations. (Employee interviews are confidential to encourage candid feedback.)
Implementation of our recommendations runs from 6 to 12 months. After that, we check back monthly, monitoring KPIs in the meantime to ensure things stay on track and having calls about changes or new challenges.
