I help CEOs grow revenue by providing the actionable insights they need to understand what’s REALLY happening in their business.
You see, to grow consistently companies need to optimize all the elements of their Revenue Generation Ecosystem: marketing, sales and sales ops, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. A company’s Revenue Generation Ecosystem should operate like a finely-tuned machine.
If one of these elements isn’t working well, it puts pressure on the other elements and can lead to slower growth or even a decline in revenue.
Having actionable info about what’s happening and areas for improvement is necessary. But good information isn't always easy to get. And with so many moving parts in a business, it can be tough to know which changes will have a real impact and which won’t.
That’s where Revenue Insights comes in.
I'm a Revenue Detective, looking at the different things that impact revenue generation and retention. I ask questions, and I'm a good listener too, with a keen sense of observation, connecting the dots to understand what’s happening and why, and most importantly, recommending how to get things back on track.
How we get going
We'll first have a meeting (of about 90 minutes) where I learn about your company and what you'd like to get out of working together. From that discussion I’ll get a sense of the scope of the project and then provide an estimate.
When the project starts, I provide weekly updates via email and phone. Projects typically last 30-60 days.
The deliverable is a presentation at your office (or via zoom if you prefer) with my findings, observations and recommendations. I also provide binders with the presentation and copies of completed surveys and transcripts of client conversations. (Employee interviews are confidential to encourage candid feedback.)
After the final presentation, some clients take the info and run with it themselves, while others keep me on retainer to assist with the implementation. It’s up to you.
